Patricia Haddon
LCSW, Director & Psychotherapist

I help people take control of their life and elevate it to the next level. As a Columbia University trained Psychotherapist and an NLP life coach, I’ll help you design and create a life worth living on your terms

Jovanni Guzman

Operations Manager

My mission at Park Avenue Psychotherapy is to support our clients and their relationship with their therapists. I truly believe in helping our clients live the best life possible.

Jennifer Grossman
LCSW, Clinical Supervisor & Lead Psychotherapist

I will provide an empathic, warm, safe and non-judgmental environment where we will collaborate together to meet your goals.

Anthony Nguyen

It is my goal to uplift and support you as we work together towards resolving your challenges in a safe and non-judgmental space all while fostering your dormant strengths, insight, and self-confidence.

Amy Reznik

My orientation towards psychotherapy revolves around processing thoughts and feelings to better adjust to stressors in the present and prepare for challenges in the future.

Jessie Liu

As your therapist, I am not here to tell you how you should feel or live, but to help and to assist you in exploring your deeper emotions and in making connections to your inner self, through the stressors and challenges you have.

Tom Christensen

I strive to create an authentic relationship with my clients rooted in empathy, honesty, and shared decision-making. Together, we’ll explore your past patterns and present needs in order to create a meaningful future.

Abrille Brown

The process of change happens when you utilize your strengths to overcome daily challenges. I believe in using a strength’s-based approach to assist you in overcoming challenging thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Lana Penn

As an LMSW and yoga instructor, I am passionate about creating a space for healing and exploring one’s self in order to move forward and live a freer life.

Jacklyn Fee

When you are ready to seek healing and personal growth, please realize you do not have to be alone in your journey.

Brynna Pawlows

Modern life is stressful and often difficult. Psychotherapy can help you detangle those issues and prompt you to discover new ways to deal with life’s more difficult days.

Talia Shiovitz
Graduate Intern

I believe that a therapist should be a client’s strongest advocate. I work with adolescents and adults to find solutions and create long-term changes.

Jennifer Schliessman

I aim to help my clients develop a positive outlook and provide empathy and support for them to ultimately maintain success.

Asia Marchaman

My goal is to provide a safe, and judgment-free space where we work collaboratively on topics related to life transitions, anger, stress, self-harm, coping mechanism, self-doubt, and relationship issues.

Nouelle Dorrow

Healing is a process. Residing in each of us is a drive to flourish and seek health. Becoming aware of one’s emotions encourages biological balance, a vital step towards a healthy mind and body.

Andre Thomas

Everyone has the ability to live their best and most fulfilled life. Sometimes people just need someone to talk to in order to actualize their goals and achieve their dreams in spite of life changes, past traumas, and anxieties.

Evelyn Limones

Growth is not linear and to heal is a journey that one must take upon with bravery and vulnerability.

Alex Golob

As we decipher and explore what is holding you back, we will identify ways to improve your life.

Sarah Strumeier

Therapy is a journey that promotes growth, insight, new perspectives, confidence, and
healing. I approach therapy with a deep sense of compassion and empathy.

Jasmine Lu

You deserve to be happy. Allow me to help you during your hardest times. When working with me, you can expect warmth, attentive listening, empathy, and sincerity as we navigate through your struggles and help you achieve your goals.

Danielle Magen

The process of healing is more manageable when we are both heard and validated.  It is my belief and passion that therapy can promote acceptance and change when all parties are committed to the healing process.

Ashlee Adams

I believe that it begins with an open conversation between two or more individuals. It is a collaborative process where my role as the therapist is to help facilitate the session dictated by your needs.

Julene Mays

I specialize in using CBT, DBT and other strength-based techniques to help them achieve their personal and relationship goals.

Alivia Hall

I am passionate about helping you better understand your internal experience, process your thoughts and identify unhelpful patterns and behaviors that might be hindering personal growth and overall happiness.

Maddie Wolfond

Asking for help is not easy; but recognizing when we need it and reaching out is a sign of strength. Allow me to be your guide. I facilitate progress through fostering self-esteem, self-awareness, and acceptance.

“Life isn’t about finding yourself.  It is about creating yourself.” George Bernard Shaw
