My orientation towards psychotherapy revolves around processing thoughts and feelings to better adjust to stressors in the present and prepare for challenges in the future.
I am passionate about helping you better understand your internal experience, process your thoughts and identify unhelpful patterns and behaviors that might be hindering personal growth and overall happiness.
