Abrille Brown

The process of change happens when you utilize your strengths to overcome daily challenges. I believe in using a strength’s-based approach to assist you in overcoming challenging thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Maddie Wolfond

Asking for help is not easy; but recognizing when we need it and reaching out is a sign of strength. Allow me to be your guide. I facilitate progress through fostering self-esteem, self-awareness, and acceptance.

Kate Kowalczik

Life’s rough patches don’t have to dictate your future. I help my clients learn new ways to get themselves unstuck, feeling empowered and more confident along the way.

Abby Strauss

When we are overwhelmed, we often feel alone. Bridging that feeling of isolation is central to how I help you unravel the worries and problems that you feel are holding you back.

Anthony Nguyen

It is my goal to uplift and support you as we work together towards resolving your challenges in a safe and non-judgmental space all while fostering your dormant strengths, insight, and self-confidence.

Amy Reznik

My orientation towards psychotherapy revolves around processing thoughts and feelings to better adjust to stressors in the present and prepare for challenges in the future.

Brynna Pawlows

Modern life is stressful and often difficult. Psychotherapy can help you detangle those issues and prompt you to discover new ways to deal with life’s more difficult days.

Asia Marchaman

My goal is to provide a safe, and judgment-free space where we work collaboratively on topics related to life transitions, anger, stress, self-harm, coping mechanism, self-doubt, and relationship issues.

Talia Shiovitz
Graduate Intern

I believe that a therapist should be a client’s strongest advocate. I work with adolescents and adults to find solutions and create long-term changes.

Hali Riley

In recognizing your personal strengths, I seek to empower and understand you. We work together to enhance your ability to think through problems, discover solutions, and deepen your relationships with others and yourself.

Avery Klotsche

Times of transition can often cause us to feel overwhelmed and alone. Having an empathetic therapist who can objectively help us navigate the journey is invaluable.

Danielle Magen

The process of healing is more manageable when we are both heard and validated.  It is my belief and passion that therapy can promote acceptance and change when all parties are committed to the healing process.

Andre Thomas

Everyone has the ability to live their best and most fulfilled life. Sometimes people just need someone to talk to in order to actualize their goals and achieve their dreams in spite of life changes, past traumas, and anxieties.

Alex Golob

As we decipher and explore what is holding you back, we will identify ways to improve your life.

Jennifer Schliessman

I aim to help my clients develop a positive outlook and provide empathy and support for them to ultimately maintain success.

Sarah Strumeier

Therapy is a journey that promotes growth, insight, new perspectives, confidence, and
healing. I approach therapy with a deep sense of compassion and empathy.

Nouelle Dorrow

Healing is a process. Residing in each of us is a drive to flourish and seek health. Becoming aware of one’s emotions encourages biological balance, a vital step towards a healthy mind and body.

Evelyn Limones

Growth is not linear and to heal is a journey that one must take upon with bravery and vulnerability.

Ashlee Adams

I believe that it begins with an open conversation between two or more individuals. It is a collaborative process where my role as the therapist is to help facilitate the session dictated by your needs.

Alivia Hall

I am passionate about helping you better understand your internal experience, process your thoughts and identify unhelpful patterns and behaviors that might be hindering personal growth and overall happiness.

Jacklyn Fee

When you are ready to seek healing and personal growth, please realize you do not have to be alone in your journey.
