My approach to therapy is simple. I believe that it begins with an open conversation between two or more individuals. It is a collaborative process where my role as the therapist is to help facilitate the session dictated by your needs. Sharing thoughts, fears, hopes and concerns in a non-judgmental atmosphere fosters a safe and welcoming environment for personal growth.
Self-exploration and awareness through therapy should be celebrated and not stigmatized. My approach is solution-focused, strengths-based, and person-centered. Together, we will explore what is currently working well and uncover solutions for areas of concern.
