I have experience working with individuals presenting with depression and anxiety as well as individuals experiencing low self- esteem. I also have experience working with individuals presenting with stress stemming from relationship and family conflict as well as education and career transitions. I use an eclectic therapy approach where treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy are tailored to meet your individual needs.
