My primary goal as a therapist is to create an environment where you feel understood and heard. My approach is warm, empathetic, and humorous. I tailor my approach to the unique needs of each person, with a focus on finding solutions and achieving your goals. I have experience helping those with anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction, PTSD/Trauma, life transitions, and more. I have a special passion for working with those navigating a religious transition or faith crisis.
Life’s rough patches don’t have to dictate your future. I help my clients learn new ways to get themselves unstuck, feeling empowered and more confident along the way. My work is guided primarily by Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention.
