The process of change happens when you utilize your strengths to overcome daily challenges. I believe in using a strength’s-based approach to assist you in overcoming challenging thoughts, feelings, and actions. Identifying the route of what triggers daily stressors can be beneficial to the process of change and growth.
I have experience working with individuals who have struggled with a wide-range of addiction, depression, anxiety, self-medicating, relationship issues, codependency, and self-esteem issues. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I view each person’s story as a unique, individualized life experience. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for people to work through their fears and deep, challenging emotions. Exploring change together can make for a more positive and effective outcome.
