Together we can create a breakthrough, as possibilities are endless for the empowered individual. We will look at your thoughts, core beliefs, and how you view the world. As we decipher and explore what is holding you back, we will identify ways to improve your life. I provide a space where you have the opportunity to be vulnerable; to disclose your inner thoughts and feelings without judgement. I am here to help you work through challenging times and feelings, as well as celebrate the good times and achievements.
I work with adults of all ages dealing with past trauma, relationship issues, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. I have training in psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Problem Solving therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practice. In our work we will aim to accomplish a path to a fulfilling life.
