Psychotherapy can help guide you along the path towards self-fulfillment and discovery. My goal is to provide a safe, and judgment-free space where we work collaboratively on topics related to life transitions, anger, stress, self-harm, coping mechanisms, self-doubt, and relationship issues.
I have developed skills in modalities such as Cognitive-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Trauma- Informed Care, Decompensation and Relapse and other methods to help clients manage their Anxiety, Depression, Substance Use, and overcoming the lasting effects of childhood trauma. My experience also lies in group therapy and helping clients work through difficulty family dynamics. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
