Choosing a therapist is tough. You deserve a therapist who is accepting, compassionate, and experienced. A therapist that is client-centered, affirmative, and non-judgmental. I am here to listen and guide your therapy process. My goal is for you to leave our first meeting feeling heard and supported. Our sessions will allow you to better understand why you act, feel, and think the way that you do. I help with anxiety, depression, addiction, LGBT issues, and many other stressors of today’s world. I also enjoy working with couples and understand the unique challenges of married life.
Before becoming a therapist, I trained at Alvin Ailey, toured professionally, and owned a theatrical talent management company. This robust background along with my graduate work at the Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC) help me intricately understand the dynamics affecting clients in the entertainment industry and LGBT communities.
Whether you’re a Broadway performer, data scientist, or housewife, I’m here to listen. Rest assured you found an experienced therapist to support you on your journey. Our team at Park Avenue Psychotherapy is looking forward to your call and/or email and I hope to meet you soon.
