Change is difficult and sometimes just thinking about it can feel overwhelming. How do you navigate it all? Let’s work together step by step to learn what’s been keeping you in place and affirm your limitless capacity for change & growth. In a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive environment we’ll explore your challenges, your successes, and develop strategies to work towards your goals.
I use a combination of techniques such as motivational interviewing, person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths based approaches tailored to your needs. I have experience working with people who are faced with work stressors, relationship issues, and, life transitions, in addition to people who are having difficulty managing anxiety and/or depression.
Many times when we have an issue, we know how to resolve it. The challenge is gathering the strength and courage to do it. Having someone to support you through this process can make all the difference. I look forward to meeting you!
