Healing is a process. Residing in each of us is a drive to flourish and seek health. Becoming aware of one’s emotions encourages biological balance, a vital step towards a healthy mind and body. My mission is to help you feel deeply understood and connected – not isolated – as you gain awareness of how your rational mind, core emotions, and body are inextricably linked. Together we can explore ways to improve daily functioning and mood amid life’s challenges. Brain cells can be rewired at any age, offering true hope should you courageously pursue change.
As an experiential clinician, I use an eclectic approach, primarily drawing from strengths-based therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques. Specialties include anxiety, relationships, chronic stress, and adjustments – including to a culturally-foreign environment.
