The human condition is filled with the deepest love and greatest sensitivity. This life presents challenges and can sometimes feel discouraging. There is not one person that can live in isolation and seeking professional help to address your struggles is empowering. With clinical experience in treating trauma, PTSD, anger management, and relationships, I strive to help you unpack these obstacles and move forward with in your journey towards growth, healing, and self-awareness.
I specialize in PTSD, Trauma, Anger Management, and Relationship Building. I acknowledge resiliency and work to build on one’s strengths in an effort to help clients rethink and reshape their perceptions.
My clinical expertise is drawn from Object Relations Theory, Psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Theory. In my work I focus on caregiver to person relationships, working through one’s pathologies that they have accumulated through their life, addressing one’s thoughts to acknowledge emotions and learned behaviors, and supporting clients as they work through their victimization/identification of being a survivor.
