Courage is a moment, a decision to begin. Courage is not living without fear. Exploring the truth is a courageous step towards self healing and I am here to support you on the journey. You are the curator of your life and true self. Living in a metropolitan city can be exciting and being surrounded by millions of people around you can also feel lonely. I am here to listen. I strive to create an empathetic, warm, and non-judgmental space. In a supportive environment, we will work collaboratively to process your experiences together and strengthen your inner courage.
My specialties include life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, grief and loss, chronic or terminal illness, and anxiety. I work through a strengths-based and client-centered lens with cultural sensitivity. I specialize in utilizing guided meditation, mindfulness and grounding techniques through breath-work. My style is warm, calming and engaging.
As a yoga instructor, I am attuned to the importance of being present, and recognizing how our bodies and breathe connect to our mind and thoughts. My intention is to provide the environment and join you on your journey towards healing, growth and empowerment. I look forward to meeting you.
