It was among the myriad of self-help books that I realized I was looking for something much deeper than what I was going to find written on those pages. In my experience, I have found that a deeper understanding of and stronger connection to self is cultivated, over time, with experience. And sometimes with the additional support of a therapist. Maybe this has been your experience, too. Or maybe you are starting from scratch. Wherever you are, I want to be this person for you. By taking a whole individual, social-behavioral approach to treatment, we will work together to shine a new light on your current challenges, explore what is and is not working, and spend time processing dynamics, patterns, and cycles that may be consuming you or keeping you stagnant.
It is my commitment to you to create and hold a space that welcomes vulnerability and encourages authenticity. This can feel uncomfortable at first and that is where and how we will begin. It is through the discomfort that we can establish trust and nurture our therapeutic relationship.
I believe we are our greatest masterpiece and so, I spend a large majority of my free time exploring the colorful pieces of me. I love my morning routine which can look different each week. I am a book worm and take pride in my library card. I have a slight obsession
with my dog and fresh air. I find cleaning to be cathartic and cooking new recipes to be adventurous. Currently, I am learning conversational Italian. My mantra: I am unlimited.
