About This Project

It is my mission to support you in living your best life. I believe there is untapped potential in all of us and we will work together to reach that potential through creating short/long term goals and finding solutions. I have enjoyed working with adults and seniors while specializing in improving family dynamics, depression, anxiety and trauma experiences.

We will work together to help you understand and connect your emotions, processing feelings of trauma in a healthy, safe and judgement free environment and work together towards empowerment, self acceptance and improvement with your relationships. The education and training I received through Edinboro University’s School of Social Work has shaped my knowledge and experience with trauma informed care and solutions focused practice.

When I’m not working I enjoy activities directed toward self care such as going for walks, trying new recipes and watching comedies. I love to laugh.
