About This Project

I’m constantly inspired by the incredible transformations therapy can ignite and the positive impact it has on people’s lives. Therapy shouldn’t be a chore—it should be a journey you look forward to, knowing that each session brings you closer to a lighter, more joyful life while finding comfort in discomfort. The reason I chose this profession is simple: I have a genuine passion for helping individuals tap into their inner strength and uncover effective coping strategies that enhance their overall well-being and quality of life. Growing up and being based in Jersey City has provided me with a rich tapestry of experiences, constantly exposing me to people from all walks of life. My commitment extends to embracing and empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds, as I firmly believe in the power of inclusive and affirming therapy for everyone.

Together, we’ll create a nurturing and non-judgmental space, where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. You are the expert of your own life, and my role is to provide support and guidance along your unique path. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based approaches, Relational techniques, Strength-Based interventions, and Psychodynamic insights—I’ll tailor our sessions to align with your specific needs and goals. Whether we’re addressing stress management, relationships, trauma, self-esteem, body image, or any other aspect of your life, I’m committed to being your partner on this journey. I also find it important to recognize the power of laughter and creativity in therapy—I consider them essential elements that we’ll integrate naturally into our sessions.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me hanging out with my friends and family. I enjoy creative projects, such as jewelry making, photography, and collaging. I love adventure, whether that is traveling or exploring right here in the city. I try to hike when possible and practice yoga when I can. I also can’t lie; I’ve definitely got a guilty pleasure for indulging in watching cheesy reality TV.

I’m excited to embark on this transformative therapeutic journey with you.
