About This Project

I have always been passionate about the wellbeing of people’s lives and have a strong desire to make a positive impact. I help my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves, their environment and approach professional, family and personal relationships through a positive lens. Embarking on a therapeutic journey can promote a plethora of emotions with the most common one being fear but, please rest assure I am here. Through my work experience I have acquired the skills necessary to provide comfortability, effective communication, cultural diversity and a path to understanding ones self. Finding peace is priceless.
I have a variety of work experience, working with children, teens and adults who have faced a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, family issues, domestic violence, emotional issues and trauma. I specialize in an array of therapeutic approaches and employ the most appropriate technique that best suits a client’s individual need.
Taking the first step to seek therapy is the hardest. I will support you on your therapeutic journey, I will actively listen and help you to navigate a healthy path to achieving your goals. I will provide a safe space, foster a positive environment and an avenue for change. I will encourage you to delve deeper to uncover and explore your best self.
