I aim to provide a space where you can feel understood, and validated, knowing that you are not alone. I specialize in working with adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, and body image. I also aid in navigating identity development, self esteem, habit development, and relationship issues. My practice is rooted in LGBTQIA+ affirming, body positive, sex positive, and anti-racist care.
We’ll work together to create a safe and affirming environment where you can process your thoughts and feelings, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. My background at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work and the University of Leeds has shaped my unique approach that is rooted in habit formation and mindfulness techniques. My goal is to help you accomplish your goals. I will guide you through strategies and tools such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Relational Analysis, and mind-body techniques to find what works best for you.
I love sustainable fashion, wellness, and cooking vegan food. My dog Harry is an enthusiastic supporter of my practice, and would be happy to pop in to say hi during a virtual session.
