About This Project

Life can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, I am committed to working alongside you on your journey to living a more fulfilling life. My mission as a psychotherapist is to guide you towards better functioning in all areas of your life. I believe everyone has the right to live a productive and vibrant life. I aim to create an environment where you feel safe to explore and express your thoughts and feelings. Our work together will help to identify and build on existing strengths, identify thought patterns and behaviors that may be preventing you from living the life you want, and learn new skills. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, PTSD, and complex trauma.

My training at New York University Silver School of Social Work helped me cultivate a culturally sensitive, client-centered, and strengths-based approach which I utilize to build a collaborative relationship with you to address your needs and achieve your goals. I use various
treatment modalities based on your needs including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.

When I’m not working, I practice yoga and meditation daily, I enjoy spending time outdoors and
having dance parties with my dog.
