Using psychodynamic approaches like Trauma-Focused Cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) we can tap into not only how you can cope with life’s challenges but also, design a plan to help you feel empowered to create the life you desire. I am also experienced in working with issues such as, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, grief, race, relationships, and mental health. In my practice, I utilize a variety of modalities as needed including, support through spiritual development. Therapy should be a personalized experience geared towards helping you with your individual needs.
