Therapy can be hard work, but you don’t have to do it alone. We’ll do the hard work together. I became a therapist because of my belief in the power of human connection to overcome challenges. No matter what difficulties you are walking through, therapy can be a space where we can build partnership and develop tools to better navigate whatever comes your way. In a non-judgemental and welcoming environment, we will work together to create lasting changes in your life. I am excited to begin this journey with you!
I work with clients of all ages and from all backgrounds. I especially love working with adolescents or individuals in early adulthood. A few of my specialties are anxiety, social-anxiety, self-esteem, career or life transitions, relationships and dating life, chronic stress, and building healthy family systems. I work with a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, and Solution -Focused Therapy. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and will often blend treatment modalities depending on the individual needs of the client. I am committed to providing therapy that is client-centered and trauma-informed.
When I am not working I love spending time with family and friends, whipping up a batch of chocolate chip cookies, and spending time outdoors. I love to ski and hike and have a goal to visit every National Park. This summer I checked off three!
