About This Project
I believe that everyone has the ability to heal, mend and grow. I believe that our life’s experiences and environment can add to our everyday stressors. I am cognizant of how our race, gender, religion, socio-economic status and sexual orientation play a role in our lived experiences. I am also aware on how our physical health can affect our mental health. I specialize in working with adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, spirituality & mental health, adjustment issues, bullying, self-identity development, LGBTQ+ issues and Latinx issues.
My goal is to provide you with a warm, safe and therapeutic space to promote self-healing. I typically use the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to facilitate a healthier mind but will adapt to meet your needs by incorporating other clinical interventions.
When I am not working, I like to read, watch comedy and horror blockbuster hits, and listen to Mariah Carey & Maxwell.
