About This Project

As New Yorkers with busy personal and professional lives, we sometimes forget to care for ourselves. Investing in yourself is one of the greatest acts of self-care there is, and I’m here to provide a non-judgmental space for you to practice self-exploration and create real changes in your life.

By using an eclectic approach, along with compassion and humor, I will assist you in building the life you absolutely deserve to have. My goal is to collaborate with you and to provide you with the best care possible, which is why I continue to strive to be culturally aware, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA affirmative.

When I’m not seeing clients, I enjoy volunteering with animals, exploring coffee shops, and watching Golden Girls reruns.
