About This Project

Making the decision to find a therapist isn’t always easy. I’m glad you’re here. My job as your therapist is to provide an empathetic and non-judgmental space for you to practice self-exploration and create real changes in your life. I utilize several therapeutic models including CBT, Relational, Insight-Oriented and Psychodynamic therapies to assist clients in navigating all of life’s challenges. By collaborating to process and explore your feelings and goals, I will assist you in living the life you deserve.

As a queer and non-binary identified therapist, I have made it my mission to provide care that is LGBTQ-affirmative, culturally competent, trauma informed, and sex-positive. I have extensive experience in working with individuals of all gender identities, those in non-traditional relationships, and am kink-allied.

I also practice TA-CBT (Transgender Affirmative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused CBT), and a Health at Every Size approach to further promote a therapeutic environment that is both inclusive and affirming of all identities.

When I’m not seeing clients, I enjoy volunteering with animals, exploring coffee shops, and watching Golden Girls reruns.
