Are you struggling? Do you feel “stuck”? Perhaps a major change happened in your life or you’ve been working through unhealthy relationships in your personal or work life. I understand and I want to help. I’m Michelline, a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern providing therapy to those who wish to see change, but need some help getting there. Together, we can work through understanding your pain, unique struggles and learn new skills to help you create better outcomes. I will take a holistic approach to addressing your needs and work with you to create a positive future. 

Working with me will offer you a safe and inclusive space to share your true self. Through collaboration, curiosity, and drive, I will provide you with an opportunity to explore your inner self and guide you on a journey of discovery and healing. I have been working with diverse populations for over a decade and have ample experience working with active duty military members, veterans, military families, PTSD and relationship/attachment issues. I will incorporate different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion-focused therapy (EFT) techniques and use a humanistic approach aimed at providing you with the best care. Overall, I wanted to provide you with therapeutic care that is person-centered, trauma-informed and takes into account your unique needs. 

You’ll often find me playing retro arcade games or cozy video games when not at work. I love exploring new places and will always be excited for a cross country road trip. I look forward to meeting you and helping you meet your goals.
