About This Project

My mission is to help you feel deeply understood and connected as you gain awareness of how your rational mind, core emotions, and body are inextricably linked. Healing is a process, and residing in each of us is a drive to flourish and seek health. As an experiential clinician, I use a non-pathologizing approach, primarily drawing from emotionally focused therapy and cognitive behavioral techniques, with an emphasis on individual strengths. Specialties include working with adults on relationships, anxiety, trauma, and adjustments – including to a culturally-foreign environment.

Together we can explore ways to improve daily functioning and mood amid life’s challenges. Becoming aware of one’s emotions encourages biological balance, a vital step towards a healthy mind and body. Brain cells can be rewired at any age, offering true hope should you courageously pursue change. Whether one tangible issue has prompted you to pursue therapy or you are grappling with a series of existential questions – purpose, identity, faith, doubt – I will consistently and reliably join you to navigate uncharted territory and let the healing begin. You do not have to journey alone.

Outside of seeing clients, I have an interest in reading about the emotional brain’s experience to help inform my practice.
