Taking care of our mental health is an essential part of living a full, joyous and meaningful life. I pride myself in creating a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance with my clients by providing an empathetic, interactive, non-judgmental approach in all of my sessions. My style is eclectic, and I believe in taking a client centered approach and meeting my client’s where they are at. Our sessions will be collaborative process that will allow you to deconstruct negative self-perceptions, unpack layers of fear and doubt, or to heal the wounds of trauma in order to experience a healthy and fulfilling life.
My theoretical approach is integrative to the needs of my patients, often utilizing: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Based Practice. The therapeutic services offered are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive mental health therapy experience. I specialize in working with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, the feeling of being stuck and other issues. My experience allows me to use various evidence-based modalities but from a strength–based prospective. In my free time I enjoy traveling around the world, going to HITT bootcamps, and watching movies.
