About This Project

My guiding principle as a psychotherapist is collaboration. By emphasising our therapeutic alliance, I aim to create an environment where you can feel comfortable to bring your whole-self into the room. I bring a sense of warmth and humor to my sessions to help my clients grow, develop, and recognize their strengths.

My belief is that you know yourself best, and therapy is a tool that can help you access your true self. As your therapist, I want to cultivate a safe space for you, so that you can bring your whole authentic self into every session. It is my goal to provide you with a supportive environment to work alongside you on your journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

I have extensive experience providing affirming therapy for trans, non-binary, and lgb communities as well as survivors of gender-based violence and IPV. I utilize an eclectic approach, incorporating CBT and Narrative Therapy among other modalities to individualize each client’s therapeutic experience to be person-centered and trauma-informed.

When I’m not providing therapy, I enjoy cooking for myself and loved ones.
