About This Project

Everybody can benefit from therapy, especially given today’s fast-paced and sometimes challenging climate. By taking these first steps, you are already closer to bettering your daily life and overall sense of wellbeing. In a warm and non-judgmental environment, we will work together to understand your emotions and build resilience, empowerment, and a greater sense of strength and agency.

My style is collaborative and strengths-based, and I believe that each individual has a unique history and story. I utilize a hybrid of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, psychodynamic psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and solutions- focused therapy. Using compassion, empathy, humor, and transparency, we will work together in guiding you towards greater self-awareness and the emotional flexibility to take on life’s challenges.

I am experienced in working with adolescents and young adults living with anxiety/depression, navigating life changes, or overcoming past and current trauma; along with perinatal and postpartum clients who may be experiencing postpartum depression/anxiety, or are having difficulties navigating the many changes that come with new parenthood.

Outside of my therapy practice, I enjoy running (I ran the New York City Marathon!) and finding other ways to get outside and enjoy fresh air in the city, reading, and a good, classic Netflix binge.
